Oldham County Conservation District, Kentucky
Rosalind Streeter serves on the Board of Supervisors for the Oldham County Conservation District in Kentucky. Rosalind has always had a love for the outdoors. “My parents would always take me to state and national parks, and I fell in love with everything that made the world unique,” she shared. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be involved in conservation and decided to take the next step to get involved at the national level.
As a 2026 member, Rosalind aims to improve her public speaking skills, recognizing the importance of a strong voice. Rosalind is also excited to learn more about her personality and her leadership style while working with her classmates. Overall, she hopes to continue to bridge the gap between the conservation districts and land conservation.
Outside of conservation, Rosalind is involved in the Families for Effective Autism Treatment organization. She also serves on various committees and boards to support her community. Rosalind is most proud of the relationship she has built with her husband. “We are a team. I've got his back, and he’s got mine,” she shared.
